PS 7.0 Opens Files Slow

My PS performance is drastically reduce when I am not in admin group. I have a network where users cannot be added to the admin group. I use roaming profile, but when I remove data cable and log on using cache information, the performance is fine. I also removed my roaming profile, but it still runs slow. Admin works fine too. Any suggestions?

It sounds like something is wrong with directory permissions on your system(s).
