Selective removal?

Have PS 8.10
How could I remove some parts of the picture and PS would fix the are for me?
I know, some programs can do it.

Use one of the selection tools (lasso, magnetic lasso, etc.) to make your initial selection. Then, switch to Quick Mask and use a brush (hard or soft) to fine tune your selection. From there, switch out of Quick Mask, and make the changes to the selected area.
