Hello.
Somehow the characters in all of the menues / dialog boxes are i chinese.
I am unable to figure out how to make them show in English because can’t read chinese!
In Image Ready the characters are all in English.

It sounds as though to me that when you did the PS install you selected the default language to be Chinese.

It is also possible that you are using a PC that has had an IME – Input Method Editor installed. It allows and english windows system to interpret multiple languages.

Un/Reinstall PS and make sure you select English.
