I have just downloaded a trial version of genuine fractals, it self installed into
program files/ adobe photoshop 7/ plugins/ photoshop only/ filters/.
How do i now go about using the plug in ,as it does not appear in any of the menus
in photoshop. I have tried copying it into other folders in "plug ins" but still it does not appear, however reference to it does appear in the "about plug ins"
menu. Can anyone help with this.
Thanks,
Joe

I had a copy but didn't use it much but IIRC when you save a file you can choose the Fractals .stn 'format' and save it with that file extension. Next time you open the .stn file GF will open up and you're on your way.

It's not a filter, it's a file format. You should install it there and it will show up as an extra file format if you "Save as". When you open a .stn file, you get the choice to open it in a bigger size than the original.

It shows up in the "Export" panel for output to a file. You don't need any special command to import a GF file.
