I have a simple problem I can’t imagine doesn’t have a simple solution, but I haven’t been able to find it. If I want to cut and paste a selection from one level to another, Photoshop puts it in the centre of the doc. I want it pasted exactly in the same position as it was cut from, otherwise I have to carefully move it to the exact position and this takes time. There doesn’t seem to be any reason for pasting the selection in a different place than where it came from so why does this happen and is there a simple solution. (There is certainly a complicated multi step solution, but that’s as tedious as moving it).
