"Vegetable Man" Selection Tutorial

Hi,

Band Teacher here who has been thrust into teaching High School Desktop Publishing (budget cuts, you know). There used to be a great basic selection tool tutorial (you selected, moved, cut vegetables to create a little man). Does anyone remember it/have it/can email it/tell me where I can DL it?
