looking to process a number of images scanned from a book at the same size without resampling them. What I want is the ability to simply recreate a crop window the same size and resolution across multiple images that I can then simply reposition and crop.

the preset seems to only be able to provide the aspect ratio, which is to say I can click and drag a proportional rectangle, but cannot get one that is the same size and resolution. I have tried this with different parameter configurations such as leaving the resolution field blank and changing the width and height to px rather than inches.

this seems like a rather standard operation of image processing, and would figure Photoshop being capable of, but if not, are there another pieces of software that people use to accomplish this task?
