CS2 authorization problems

I am a long time PS user and I like it a lot. Recently, I had the "authorization" issue and spent time on the phone with an Adobe tech support person. He was not able to help, at that time, as the server was down. Also, he told me that my plug-ins could not be saved as I was using CS.

After all sorts of machinations, I finally got the "unregistered" version of CS2 downloaded and installed. It worked, but I could not register it and was nagged about that on every boot. Finally, I tried opening CS2 as the "administrator" and checked the option to not register and it worked. For how long?

I don't have a warm-fuzzy feeling right now.

Adobe needs to work on customer support ... including customers using older versions. Still miffed about my lost plug-ins.

What plug-ins did you have?

Hey, Adobe came through for me! Sent me new PS software and also provided a serial number to download PS from their website.

Kudos to Adobe, and I will definitely continue buying from them as a re-satisfied customer.

I have that warm-fuzzy feeling again!

Thanks Adobe!
