I purchased a student version of Photoshop CS3 back in 2008, and the hard drive of the computer I loaded this software onto died. So I tried to load this software on my new computer, and I had to contact customer service because my serial number had to be reset. Well after I loaded this software, I've noticed I'm missing features like the patch tool, healing brush, and red eye. My submenus don't appear when I select the buttons on the tool bar. I'm missing my features when they appeared before I had my serial number reset! Did Adobe screw with my software when it connected online?
