Lightroom crop question (is this the right group?)

Hi.. newbie to Adobe editing. I've installed Lightroom 3.6 for a 30-day trial and although there are many professional features, there is difficulty in setting the CROP boarders. Looking for, and would need precise crop SIZE info in pixels displayed, even a field to type exact CROP width and height. How does on set the CROP tool accurately? Yes.. aware of the VIEW menu. Need to dial in CROP to multiples of 5-pixels.

p.s. is there an Adobe user forum to post Lightroom questions?

Another issue has come up, and that's importing (or Syncing) PNG files. This is, or could be a show stopper. Most of my photo and image edits over the years are saved as PNG (except for the layered ones) and LR isn't importing many of them. Need to find out why, and a work around. If it means batch-converting 1000's of PNGs, then that's fine.
