Like everyone above, I got a new computer and I lost the serial number on my cs3. I have a mac book pro (I followed the mac instructions to remove the application.sif and i accomplished deleting it. I have uninstalled and installed the cs3 3x and followed the instructions listed above. but now I get a popup message stating: licensing for this product has stopped working. Is there anyway to get around this? PLEASE HELP ME, I WILL BE ETERNALLY GRATEFUL!

Have you considered contacting Adobe?
