Not sure if I can download it or not. Seems like most of the download links on this are for things like Google Chrome, and other things. Have to look over it closely and see if the filter pack is on there (still) somewhere.
But at least I found it and wasn't hallucinating LOL

I tried downloading some, but apparently they only open in a certain way, that requires getting a "brothers soft" toolbar first? I unchecked this and clicked NEXT and everything disappeared. The files do save (I found them) as DAT files and don't show up in PS. I would never install something that was forced on me (like all the various toolbars that try and sneak in) just because of the way they do this.
At least I located the filters and I probably have them on an old CD somewhere.
