Dither Box Filter - What Happened?

When did Adobe get rid of the Dither Box filter? I just recently changed from PS 6 to Photoshop CS -
i just noticed that the Dither Box filter doesn't exist in CS. Damn, i got good use out of that filter, especially
for making pixel background patterns.

Isn't it on the original CD, as an optional item in the goodies folder?
