Am I too fast for photoshop 7

Hi I have always been used to using short cut keys instead of the mouse

[Alt] [F] [S] is short for save. Problem is that it causes the image I am working up to expload to full screen without any minimize button. I have to keep closing photoshop 7 down and opening it up again.

Crazy

Since when would that be?

Alt+F brings up the File menu. S then goes to the Save entry. But only the file has been previously saved and the Alt key is released first. Most people would use ctrl+s to avoid the delay of bringing up the menu and the extra key fiddliness.

Could be, as you're telling it to do that before saving !

Try the greatest shortcut key in PS ..... "F1"

Why not just use <SHFT+CTRL+S> to "Save As"?

Yup! if seems like you are way too fast for Photoshop to figure out how to catch up with you. How about using a SINGLE command instead of playing reick on Photoshop.

There should be 2 single commands. 1 for SAVE and 1 for SAVE AS (Save As you have the choice to change the filename so it would be 2 strokes instead of single)
