There are many ways to skin this cat.
The easiest tho is to blow out the bong hit during a slight breeze that comes up behind you.

A lot of people are afraid of heights. Not me, I’m afraid of widths.

Your searchmachine can supply the answer.
You are not skilled enough because you insist on using plugins. Nothing to brag about when done with a plugin but you can feel good about it when spending a few hours on it trying different ways and succeed in doing it yourself. I would not know which plugin to use because I would not even have used PS therefore but would have done it with Corel Painter. As said, Google.

I’m not sure what version of photoshop your using but going to
filter>liquify that should help … its really easy to use if you
dont use too hard of a brush. (make your brush softer)
Hoped this helped

One of the easiest ways I can think of would be to put a white background layer, use transform/warp on your image layer to get the skewed straight edges (top and bottom), then use a soft brush in an overlay mask to hide the side edge portions. Use a hard edge brush for the "holes" in the interior of the image.

Even if you’re not that skilled, you should be able to do the whole thing in about an hour.
