Well, one of the best places to find good tutorial is using my personal web page www.google.com to locate what you want to know, if you want video then go to my causin's personal page called www.youtube.com

But those just for learning/information and watching, the rest will depend on your very own skill which I don't think you have much (yet). Or it should be the very basic of Photoshop which I think most Photoshop users should learn these basic steps before moving to higher level.
