Adobe Photoshop CS4 11.0.1 NOT WORKING on Middle East version!!

I've tried several times to install the update, but it keeps telling me that he cannot find photoshop installed!

Yes the photoshop is in it's default directory, and yes i've disabled all antivirus softwares.

Please advice as i'm having a great lag with ps

uninstall by the correct method and keep the activation - reinstall the lot.
