I am trying to install Photoshop CS4 extended on my computer running Vista Business without unistalling Photoshop CS3 extended.

The installation installed Photoshop CS4, Adobe media, adobe air, Bridge etc but failed to install other components such as language pack.

The installation failed even if I stop Adobe Acrobat Sppedrun and other Adobe software.

Can someone tell me if I have to uninstall CS3 before installing PS CS4 Extended

No. CS3 and CS4 coexist very nicely

Try to copy CS4 to drive C:\ fisrt.Don’t ínstall it from a DVD.

Hi Brian ,

What error message appeared when the installation was failed ? Is there by any chance some antivirus running on the system ? i would recommend you to close all open application , stop antivirus and then try to install.
