I have a legit Photoshop 6.0 CD-Key here but my installation disc seems to be corrupted. Where can I obtain a new disc or download an installation of Photoshop 6.0. I would prefer not to spend any money on re-purchasing something I already own.

I tried that. All I can find is a Trial version of PS 6

You don't own anything except a license to use the software. That said, are you asking about Photoshop 6 or Photoshop Elements 6?

The key is for: Photoshop 6
NOT photoshop elements 6.

All I can say is good luck...you're going to need to find someone with the same version CD. If you can, it would okay for them to burn you a copy. If you'd like to post your email address, I'll mark this thread read only and they can contact you directly.
