Keyboard command not working in CS4

In CS3 I could use the keys CTRL ALT ~ to select the lighter areas. Those keys wont select anything in CS4. Is there a new combibnation?

Ctrl-Alt-2 is the new shortcut. Many of the keyboard shortcut changes were made to make the shortcuts the same across the Adobe suites. Here is a pretty good summary on John Nack's blog:
