problems installing cs4 with vista

hi!

have all the system requirements, as my pc is brand new... from adobe it only has installed adobe reader, and nothing else... I am running everything as administrator... and have downloaded the trial version from the official web site... despite all of this the install won't begin... it says that it is "verifying system profile..."

then there's an error message saying...

"session has "dependencies" that cannot be satisfied" and "that the data base of the installer is invalid: re install the product with the original cd"

sorry for any mistakes, but it installs in Portuguese, and some technical terms I can't translate, like "dependencies", I don't know if it makes sense...

please help me, since I have urgency in this program...

You may have gotten errors with the download. Uninstall the first one and download another one.

have already downloaded it twice, from the official site, and another source... they both do the same error... can't uninstall it, since it doens't even begin to install... the error message appears as the program is scanning the system...

thanks for trying to help anyway... any other sugestions will be very welcome...
