Difference between Photoshop CS4 and DreamWeaver CS4?

Will someone explain to me the difference between
Adobe Dreamweaver CS4 and Photoshop CS4? I want to get one of them but not sure which one.

Dreamweaver is for professional level web site creation, Photoshop is for professional level image editing.
