CS3 Help>Activate

I'm driving myself nuts looking for Help>Activate so that I can activate my apparently successfully installed Photoshop CS3 on a new Advent computer with Vista 64. Since I don't yet have a working internet connection for it, I'd left activating CS3 'til I could do it over the phone.

So, despite looking through Help, all I can find is the 'Activate the Software' page which just tells you to go to 'Help>Activate'. Where on earth have they hidden it? Am I going blind? I have tried Window>Workspace>Reset Menu, but no difference. It may be a really daft question but I'd be grateful for some help, before I lose whatever marbles I have left!! (Thankyou!)

Did you buy the software from an authorized Adobe reseller?

There have been some messages about problems with CS3 and Vista64... it could be this is another problem

I had no problems with CS3 on Vista 64 in the period up to the release of CS4.

I have "Activate" under Help but it's greyed out (not absent) because I've done it.

Have you clicked on "Show All Menu Items" at the bottom of the Help menu?

Hi, thank you all for your swift replies.
The copy of CS3 was bought through Amazon, which I hoped would be legit. There's no 'Show All Menu Items', so nothing hidden. I do however have 'Download e-License' and 'Return e-License', BOTH greyed out- maybe because I still have no internet connection. I hope that when it senses an internet connection 'Download e-License' will become available. However, it makes me wonder, why the different terminology? Guess I'll eventually find out!

You didn't buy it from Amazon...you bought it from a "reseller" who sold you an illegal copy of a volume license.

That reseller should reported to Amazon and to and the software IMMEDIATELY uninstalled.

A fraud report to your credit card company is also in order.
