Seperating Sprite Sheets

Is there any like automatic way to use the slice tool? So it like wraps around anything that has color, kind of like using star wand and then selecting inverse, but with the slice tool. Because I have a sprite sheet with a transparent background, and it has to have 200+ sprites and it would be much easier if there was some sort of way to do this. Thank you in advance.

Not sure what you are trying to do. The Slice Tool is not really a selection tool. Do you want each object on its own layer or as a new document? The Lassos or Pen would be the way, unfortunately.

If the objects are arrayed in a grid that might make it easier. You could run Guides and use the Slice tool to make files out of them that way, perhaps.
