Filters Not Adding; CS2

I'm using Photoshop CS2 on Windows and I can't apply filters to my images- even though they are 16 bit images. I can only apply these filter options:

Liquify
Vanishing point
Blur -> All blurs except Smart Blur
Distort -> Lens Correction
Noise -> All options
Render -> Fiber, Lens Flare
Sharpen -> All options
Stylize -> Emboss, Find Edges, Solarize
Video -> All options
Other -> All options

Is there some option I'm supposed to select? I really don't know what else to do. A huge thanks in advance.

The rest of the filters are not available for 16 bit images. If you need those filters for your images, you will have to convert them to 8 bit.
