Print Dialog Off Screen
I have a two monitor installation. Windows XP.
My "Print Dialog" box is stuck far right top of screen. I cannot click on the title bar to move. Also there is no Print Dialog on the Taskbar so I am unable to move using normal methods.
Help. Shortcut needed to move same.

maybe increasing monitor resolution to max will allow you to grab it.

Thank you………CNRL ALT SHIFT during Photoshop start up works…..
This doesn’t work. Only CtrlAltShift…….deleting preferences works.
