How to turn off 'Out of gamut' help.

Hi

I am having severe problems with my Photoshop.
Ever since i opened a picture my Photoshop has turned on some tool to help with out of gamut colours. This is a disaster for me as i cant use the tools that i would like.

It automaticly changes colours for me when i am using Filling tool, replace colour etc. The only tool i can use to be sure to get the correct RGB colour is the Pencil.

I am currently making maps for a game and they are dependant on the RGB to the precise. I cant have PS keep changing 196 0 0 to different red.
I have tried looking in the preferences, and all i can kind is the option to change the colour of which these out of gamut colours will be displayed in if i turn it on.

This so called 'help' is an huge annoyment, and it is useless to me as i dont even have a printer.

How do i turn it off?

are you sure you are working on an RGB file?

if you are look under view menu. what you are describing is not out of gamut warning but proof setup. If your file is really RGB you are most likey proofing CMYK.

Yes, In the View > Proof Setup i have Windows RGB selected. Also in Image > Mode i have RGB selected, i also turn on Indexed, but it still changed colour to 'safe' ones.

The Proof Colours is turned off.

The problem is that Photoshop changes colours.
I can paint with the correct colour with the Pencil, but when i use the Bucket i get a different tone.
