Hi there.

CS3

Is it possible to make a mask (M) with rounded corners and how? I need to cut out something with rounded corners.

Thanx so long.

Use the Rounded Rectangle Tool set to "Paths" and convert the path to a selection.

Move with the Move Tool, size with Ctrl+T

Don’t use the Marquee tool; use the Rounded Rectangle Shape instead.

John beat me to it…

BUT,

No need to convert to a selection. If you use the normal Shape it will already have a mask. Just highlight your object layer and drag the mask down to the mask icon on the bottom of the palette and it will be applied to your object.
