I would like to set the file associations for NEF files in Bridge CS4 as Photoshop (as the default) and Nikon Capture NX2, so that I open a NEF by default in Photoshop (which in turn would open it in Adobe Camera Raw), but have the option to open in Nikon Capture. If I browse to Nikon Capture in "Preferences - File Associations," Bridge will allow me to set both it and Photoshop as associations, but insists on making Capture NX the default. If I instead attempt to make Photoshop the default, Bridge won't allow Capture as an association at all. How can I have both programs listed, but with Photoshop as the default? Thanks.
