CS4 – No transform controls for masks?

Using CS4 with OpenGL on and I am unable to transform a mask on a regular layer. When the mask has focus, the transform controls are simply not visible (even with "Show Transform Controls" checked). If I do a CTRL+T, the controls appear on the toolbar at the top but still no transform handles around the mask.

Is anyone else seeing this?

You mean vector shape paths/ masks, yes? Works on my end. What graphics card do you have? Can you get it to cooperate using the shape and point selection tools?
