I had a program that worked with photoshop a couple of years ago that would let me pick a color and you could use the draw tool and it would only remove that color from the picture. Does photoshop by itself have a way of taking a picture and remove certain colors from it?

thanks

The Color Range command under the Select menu item allows you to select a color range using sampled colors with a settable "fuzziness" or using preset portions of the color spectrum without fuzziness, providing flexibility in defining the targeted color. Once selected, you can then delete or replace the selected color. The Hue & Saturation tool under Image>Adjustments could also be used.
