am having trouble trying to install cs3 trial version and unintalling elements 3, i keep getting a missing file .ms message can anyone help??

Umm, please be more specific. What steps did you take? *.ms files are the Microsoft Installer cache files stored in a hidden system directory, so this sounds more like a generic issue. In any case – installer issues are free of charge on the support hotlines, so it’s best to call, even more so when I’m the last person on the planet to advise on PSE, when I never have used it. ;-). If you#re feeling adventurous, you might try the Microsoft Installer Cleanup Utility and simply remove PSE from the installer list, but it mustn’t necessarily bring success…
