Suddenly, Canvas background is yellow, not white!

I can not for the life of me figure out what is causing this. Any ideas?

MacBook Pro 16” Mockups 🔥

– in 4 materials (clay versions included)

– 12 scenes

– 48 MacBook Pro 16″ mockups

– 6000 x 4500 px

Monitor calibration gone off.

Calibrate with your usual method.

That is what I thought, but whites outside of Photoshop are fine. I did recalibrate my monitor though. This is only occuring in photoshop.

that is because Photoshop is colormanaged and most everything else is not.

Yellow whites in PS was a known bug several versions back.

What?

Yellow Whites has always been a bad monitor profile not a Bug.

Which version of PS are you using? Yellow whites in PS was a known bug several versions back. Otherwise, if you’re running CS or later, I’m with AJ and Buko, and would chalk it up to a bad monitor profile.

Experiment by selecting sRGB as your monitor profile and see if the problem goes away. If it does, I’d suspect you have the color temp set too high – recalibrate using your monitor’s native white point, and move to a lower temp after that.

Your canvas is yellow, or white in pictures is yellow? If the canvas, what’s your background color?
