Upgrade from PS CS2 educator to PS CS4

I own a copy of Photoshop CS2 Educator version and I would like to purchase the new Photoshop CS4 upgrade. Are there any restrictions or limitations on the upgrade as a result of the original CS2 being an Educator’s version?

nope. i went from ps 6 edu version to ps7 upgrade with no problem.

Education licenses can still be upgraded to commercial copies. This is one area where Adobe is most generous.

Thank for the replies. This is one of those areas that I agree seems too good to be true so I thought I would check before ordering.
