Not a valid text layer

Hi have a problme with photoshop cs, i have used just some layers so many times but after reinstalling photoshop i faced to this message,"Could not complete your request because the layer is not a valid text layer" what can be the problme?how to solve it?

When do you get the message? On opening a document? Does the document open anyway?

Why did you reinstall?
