Please help with this issue. Is it a lack of memory? I still have 40 GB of memory on my machine and just added more RAM. Thanks – Jill

Here’s the problem:
When I attempt to launch scripts>image processor, it tells me "Sorry something happened and I can’t continue. Would you like to see more info? Clicked yes and get:

ReferenceError: this.dlgMain.ddSetonChange is not a function : 810

I corrected this problem with a call to Adobe Tech support. The software was corrupted. It’s now working correctly — thankfully!
