3d transform filter

my photoshop application disc, or my Illustrator disc will not start when put into my cd, every other disc works and starts just fine, just not my adobe disc,s, all I want to do is get the 3d transform.8bf filter and install it because it does not load autumatically, is there anywhere I can get this filter? using cs on XP help
