Question about cs3 extended upgrade?

If i had a bunch of work on Photshop CS3 and then upgraded to the Extended would i still have all my old stuff on there and be able to edit it in CS3 Extended?

Yes, but you realise you can’t just "upgrade" from the Standard version to the Extended version. You would have to buy the whole upgrade from CS2.
