Installing Photoshop CS3 on a new computer.

I am about to buy a new PC (old one too slow for Photoshop CS3). As I have already installed CS3 on my old computer, will I have any problem installing it from the same CD on to my new machine? (As CS3 cost more than the computer, I obviously don't want to have to buy a fresh copy)

deactivate the old copy (in the help menu) before installing the new one.
