Nvidia has released new drivers, can anyone confirm if they resolve anything?

I have encountered and seemed to solve the problem by Disabling Ruler Guide or Ctrl R. Hope this helps…Thanks.

My system is Q9450 proc, 8800 GTS 640mb vidcard with 4gb ram and 64bit Vista.
