PhotoShop CS3 Won't install on Vista

I have downloaded the trial version of PhotoShop CS3 but when I try to install it unzips ok from the initial setup file, but then when I go into the created folder on the desktop and run the setup program in there a dialog box appears, nothing else happens, then it disappears after a few seconds. The process for it appears then disappears in Task Manager also.

I have tried turning of anti-virus, firewall, anti-spyware and running as an administrator but nothing seems to work, any help would be appreciated

I would download another trial version under a different name (or delete 1st one) and see if that works. Some file may have been corrupted in download or unzip process.
