I try to activate from Internet but it doesn't work. I get this message

You do, of course, understand that this is a user to user forum... not Adobe support?
If the other users who read and reply here can't post a fix based on past experience, you will simply have to call Adobe

the server's probably up by now anyway if it was down. btw, i believe the activation line is automated (not sure, but i think so) so you probably wouldn't have to speak human into a phone anyway. ;)
