PHOTOSHOP version 7.0----How to remove a blur from a pic?

Sorry everyone I know its taken me some time to get back at you on this, well no i still haven't had any luck on this. Here are some of the pictures I am trying to fix :

1. This one has alot of things I need to fix all over.

Again this is for funeral reasons that I am trying to do this, so please be a little understanding. And thanks for all of you who have tried to help me.

The third photo should be a pretty easy fix. Try the unsharp mask with the following settings. Remember that these are guidelines, and results will vary based on the individual picture (so while you have the unsharp mask dialog open, play around with the settings & see what you get).

View photo at 100% > Unsharp Mask > Amount 225% Radius 0.5 Threshold 0 or
Amount 125% Radius 1 Threshold 3
"or"
Amount 225% Radius 0.5 Threshold 0
"or"
try Filters > Smart Sharpen

I'm afraid the first & second photos are beyond repair. The family will need to provide you with different photos for the funeral.
