PS CS3 Extended fails to install. XP Pro

Thanks John. I have called the Adobe Help line in South Africa and a recording refers me to the web site.

Cool goose - I can't find any files that belong to PS and thus I cannot uninstall.

empty out all temp files on your folder, including c:\temp, c:\windows\temp and c:\documents and settings\USERNAME\Local Settings\Temp

then copy the photoshop folder from the disk to your desktop. run the install from there. note there have been cases where the install appears hung but then goes on. 15 minutes to an hours. be patient.
