As long as I launched my photoshop, ESC cant function besides photoshop itself, for msn, ESC cant function, I get use to close my message window by ESC, or when I am typing chinese words, I cant use ESC too…

for other software like dreamweaver, they are the same, ESC cant function in dreamweaver...
