I purchased some animated gifs for a new web site I have just put online. I also purchased the PSD formats to the animated gifs. My animated gifs basically shows a "before" picture (example portrait of a girl playing baseball) then I alter the photo by adding a template for the "after" photo. The animated gif shows the "before" and tweens to the final "after" template version.

But I want to change the pictures so that I can put other sports pictures in its place of the one that I already have there thus allowing me to appeal to different sports with the same banner.

Is there a tutorial or some advice someone can give me? It is driving me nuts!!! :-)
