I have a picture of a women lying down with background etc and would like to change the colour of her shirt from red to blue. Can anyone provide instructions how to do this. I am completely new to photoshop so instructions would need to be basic - would really apprecaite your assistance

That won't help her. You have to become some sort of member to see the steps.
