Installation succeeded on W2K3.
Remote RDP session will not start the application, even with administrator rights. Application runs correctly on the console of the server. Any suggestions?

Yes, just one.
Don't run Photoshop from a remote server. Some folks may have done it, but they have merely been lucky
Photoshop isn't designed for this, no matter what level of success you may have had getting it installed and running. Networks hiccup all the time in sending/receiving packets, and this can cause major havoc with the process since Photoshop reads & writes to RAM and scratch disks often. Adobe provides neither instructions nor support for running Photoshop from anywhere but a system's own internal hard drive.
