Loading Brushes in Imageready

I have tried everything! Re-installing Imageready, taking out the brushes... but every time I load it, it says 'there was an error loading brushes' and then 'cannot fully load the application because an unknown error has occured'. I have no idea what to do!
Help, please. I'm desperate.
