Registration window opens each time I use Adobe CS2 when I have already registered

Is there any way I can stop the registration window from opening and I have to answer it each time when I open CS2. I have already registered in fact twice to try and remove it but it doesn't. Does anyone have a resolution for this.

vista? i think someone suggested that turning of UAT then registering then turning UAT back on gets rid of that problem.
